Brexit - And What It Means

What does Brexit mean for Britains status vis-à-vis the single market? What will happen to EU citizens living in Britain or British nationals residing in the EU? Has Brexit changed the political culture in the United Kingdom and how will it affect the shape of the European Union? And what prospects are there for future relations between the UK and the EU? These were the questions discussed during the 17th Walter Hallstein Symposium hosted by the Wilhelm Merton Centre for European Integration at Goethe University, Frankfurt am Main on 15th and 16th March, 2018. This book presents most of the contributions to this conference. The contributors are from the UK and the EU and represent the variety of issues linked to Brexit.
