Reserve Budget Utilization for Women and Child Welfare in Maharashtra

The Maharashtra government has passed the Government resolution that all the PRIs will spend the 10% budget on women and child welfare activity. But after conducting the research on this aspect we came to know that the budget which is made for them they even do not include in the planning of the budget, even she is a Sarpanch, still her husband Sarpanch pati and Gramsevak decide everything and this budget is not spend in a proper way where it should spend. And many women representative have given their opinion that when they have 33% reservation of the seat in PRIs why this budget fall only 10% percent it should increase and separate committees should be set up for that to planning and implementing this budget, where majority of member for this committee should be mainly women
